Yet few people take the time to optimize their breathing in order to experience the benefits of fully detoxifying through breath. This is why breath technique is one of our main focuses in our workouts, and one of the reasons the practice of yoga puts such an emphasis on Pranayama.
There are many powerful breathing exercises and ways to increase detoxification through breath, and you don't need to know any of them to get started. Take a moment and take five deep breaths.
